The Board of Pensions has now published SECA guidance on the Board of Pensions Web site. The link is http://www.pensions.org/  When you reach that web page go to New, Events and Announcements and select the “hot key” Tax Changes Affect Pension Withholding, Social Security Taxes, and Federal Income Taxes
