Facts About Hunger

The Presbytery of Eastern Virginia has called a new Hunger Action Enabler!! PEVA is pleased to introduce and to present Alice Taylor, an elder from Royster Memorial Presbyterian Church. Alice comes to the position of Hunger Action Enabler with excellent experience working within PEVA bounds. She is an active member of Royster Memorial, a member of the International Partnership Committee with the Congo, and was one of 24 PEVA delegates (and 4 additional delegates who traveled with PEVA) to have traveled to the Congo in July 2007.

Alice is honorably retired, and served as the Executive Director for St. Columba Ministry of Norfolk. Committed to the empowerment and enrichment of the lives of those who live in economically challenged situations, Alice is an outstanding resource within the Presbytery and in the communities throughout Hampton Roads. We are delighted that she is part of the staff.
