In-person registration

Welcome to the in-person registration page for the 147th Stated Meeting of the Presbytery of Eastern Virginia.

This will be in-person only at First Presbyterian Church in Virginia Beach, VA, on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, starting at 10:00 a.m.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

CHILD CARE – Childcare will be provided for this Presbytery Meeting with the following requirements:

       a.   Only children age 7 and under. 

       b.   Parent is to provide bag lunch for child.

       c.   No medications or special needs to be met by caregivers.

MEAL –COST FOR PRE-MEETING & RECESS SNACKS IS $5.00. Cash and checks accepted. Please make checks out to PEVA. Five dollars, payable to PEVA. Their will be a 30-minute break by rule.

PACKET - All attendees are expected to print and bring the meeting PACKET. The packet will be available at 5 p.m. on Friday, October 16, 2026, on the stated meeting page (Stated Meetings)

MOTIONS/AMENDMENTS TO MOTIONS – Motions or amendments to motions are to be provided to the Stated Clerk in writing, via email. This rule will be enforced. Forms are available  from the Stated Clerk via email before the meeting. 

DISTRIBUTION OF PAPERS – Any papers or other documentation not included in the Presbytery Packet or Pick-up Packet must be approved by two-thirds vote of the members present to be distributed at the meeting.
