Welcome to the in-person registration page for the 146th Stated Meeting of the Presbytery of Eastern Virginia. This will be a HYBRID meeting using ZOOM. The meeting will take place at Hilton Presbyterian Church in Newport News, VA, on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, starting at 10:00 a.m.

This specific form is for those who plan to attend the meeting in person. In-person attendees must select their preferred breakout session when prompted during registration. This information helps us assign meeting rooms based on the final headcounts.
